This session introduces the concept of the Whole-Brain Child, emphasizing strategies to create calm classrooms and empower students through understanding their circle of control. Educators will learn techniques to integrate whole-brain approaches into their teaching, helping themselves and students manage stress and develop emotional intelligence.

  1. Understand the concept of the Whole-Brain Child and its application in the classroom.

  2. Explore strategies for creating calm classrooms that support emotional regulation.

  3. Learn about the Circle of Control and its role in empowering students to manage their responses to challenges.

  4. Implement whole-brain strategies to enhance students' emotional intelligence and resilience.
